Currently, Abbellimento is accepting Close Contact Specialists. Please be advised that candidates that are interested in being evaluated for both considerations of services, should be prepared to discuss their experience in both. This position provides you with the unique ability to maintain:

Requirements:

Close Contact Specialists must possess the following qualities: empathy, charisma, compassion, and reliability. In addition to the following

• No formal degree or education is required.
• Candidates must be 18+ years of age to apply (21 years of age or older for Close Contact sub-division; please see below for more details)
• Candidates must have access to a reliable device for receiving calls and virtual connections, including platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Close Contact Specialists must maintain a video-ready appearance at all times.
• Candidates must agree to the service agreement as well as complete the professional development items as related to the services and standards set by Abbelliemnto 
• Exceptional listening skills
• Willingness to advocate for personal boundaries
• Affectionate and accepting of all races, ages, genders, and sexual orientations
• Reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication
• Willing to adhere to the 30-day probation policy

Compensation: Close Contact Specialists will be compensated on a project-based rate, ranging from $22 per hour, in addition to tips and other incentives.

Service Provided:

1. 1 Empathetic Listening ($22 per hour + tips):
   
   • Close Contact Specialists (I) are trained to provide empathetic and compassionate listening to individuals in need of emotional support. This service aims to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
   • Close Contact Specialists (II) are trained to provide compassionate platonic touch to our clients. There is a wage difference that is discussed during the hiring process.

Insurance Recommendation: We strongly encourage all Close Contact Specialists to purchase Errors and Omissions insurance separate from the policy our organization already holds. This additional insurance is essential to ensure that you protect yourself at all times. We recommend Hicsox Insurance for this purpose.

Professional Conduct:

• All services provided by Close Contact Specialists are strictly platonic and should not involve any sexual experiences.
• Our organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual misconduct. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate termination.
